Meet Ohevai Brain: the AI chief of staff that listens, reads, joins your meetings and gets work moving
TSES · 7 min read
Every leader knows the feeling. The information exists somewhere: a proposal in a shared drive, a decision made in last Tuesday’s stand-up, a task quietly overdue in someone’s list. What is missing is the person who knows where all of it is, remembers what was agreed, and makes sure it actually happens. TSES engineers set out to build that person. We call it Ohevai Brain.
You don’t operate Brain. You talk to it, the way you would talk to your sharpest chief of staff.
Voice first, and it actually listens
Brain is built for conversation, on a phone or a tablet, wherever you are. Ask it a question and it answers out loud in natural speech. Change your mind halfway through and simply talk over it: a human voice always takes priority over Brain’s, so it stops and listens. Say “mute” and it lets you finish the conversation in peace. It understands the names of your products, your projects and your people, so it hears what you actually said.
Your morning, already prepared
At 07:30 on every working day, Brain prepares a briefing for each leader. Today’s meetings. Work that has gone overdue. Daily reports that have not come in. Action items from recent meetings. Bid deadlines in the next fortnight. Open Brain and it greets you with what matters, before you have asked a single question.
“Show me the proposal.” And there it is.
Brain reads the company’s document repository: proposals, product requirements, tenders, reports and spreadsheets. Ask about a client, a bid or a product and it searches, reads and answers from the real documents. Ask to see something and it puts it on its screen: PDF pages as they really look, Google Docs, Sheets and Slides exactly as they appear in Drive, and photos the right way up. Even a 40-page, 77 MB company profile comes up in seconds, on a phone, with no extra app.
It joins your meetings and contributes
Invite Brain to a Google Meet and it joins on time, introduces itself, and takes part. It listens, answers when addressed, and can look up the facts the room needs, such as what a product document says or where a piece of work stands. When the meeting needs quiet, “Brain, mute” silences it; “Brain, leave the meeting” sends it on its way. Afterwards, it writes the notes: a summary, the decisions taken, and every action item with its owner and due date.
From “we agreed” to “it’s done”
This is where most meetings fail, and where Brain shines. Each action item is matched to the right person in ATM, TSES’s accountability workspace, and proposed as a task with the due date that was spoken. A manager approves it with one tap. Nobody has to retype the minutes. Nothing agreed in the room is lost on the way to the work.
Plans your meetings, and asks before it acts
Ask Brain to set up a meeting and it drafts the invitation: who, when and what it is about. It reads it back to you, and only sends it when you say yes. That is the principle running through the whole product: Brain prepares, you decide. Anything that leaves the building, from an invitation to a task, waits for a human “yes”.
Connected to the way TSES already works
- ATM: team workload, overdue work, daily reports and project status, answered in a sentence.
- Ohevai: company knowledge and the AI staff already working across TSES hubs.
- Calendar and Google Meet: upcoming meetings, auto-joining the ones Brain is invited to, and scheduling with your approval.
- The document repository: searched, read and displayed, but only inside the folders it has been given.
Built to be trusted
Brain is powerful because it is careful. It only reads the document folders it has been granted. People with access to specific projects only hear about those projects. Every action waits for confirmation. A monthly spending limit keeps AI costs predictable. And everything Brain proposes is recorded, so leadership can always see what was suggested, approved and done.
What’s next
TSES engineers are already working on the next abilities: Brain phoning a colleague to follow up on a deadline, and reading photos and scanned documents as easily as it reads text. Each one follows the same rule: Brain prepares, a person decides.
Ohevai Brain was designed, engineered and is operated by TSES, in Nigeria, for organisations that run on decisions.
The commercial version is launching soon. If you want it working inside your organisation first, register your interest or message the team on WhatsApp, and we will bring you in early.
