ATM by TSES: the daily workspace where every task ends with an outcome
TSES · 6 min read
Ask a manager what their team achieved this week and you will often get a list of what they were busy with. Activity is easy to record. Outcomes are not. TSES engineers built ATM, the accountability workspace, to close that gap, and its rhythm fits in one line: plan it, do it, record what changed.
In ATM you cannot mark work completed without saying what the outcome was. That one rule changes how a team works.
Today: the only page you need when you start work
Open ATM on your phone and Today answers the question that matters first: what needs me? It shows work given to you that you have not yet acknowledged, work where somebody is blocked waiting on you, work that only your role can move on, and your own work that has gone quiet for a week. Beneath that are the numbers that run a day: due today, open, directives from managers, and overdue.
Acknowledged is not the same as started
When work is assigned to you, ATM asks you to say “I have seen this”. It sounds small, but it ends the oldest excuse in the office. Your own commitments and your manager’s directives sit side by side, highest priority first, so everyone knows what today is really about.
Outcomes, endings and blockers with names
- Completed means an outcome. ATM will not close a task until you record what changed.
- How did it end? Done, decided against, already recorded elsewhere: the truth is captured, not hidden.
- Blockers are named. Report what is stopping you and who can clear it. A blocked task cannot be quietly finished.
- Time is honest. Minutes are recorded against the day the work was actually done.
Daily reports that are actually read
At the end of the day, My day gathers what you finished, what is still open, what stopped you, what is worth noting, and tomorrow’s plan. ATM can prepare a draft from your tasks for you to check, but it never sends anything on its own. Submitted reports go to a reviewer, who accepts them or asks for a change. A late report is recorded as late, not missing, and a fortnight of marks shows the pattern at a glance.
Boards, planner and projects for real teams
Behind Today sit the tools a team grows into: boards for the shape of the week, a planner for repeating daily and weekly work, and projects with their own keys, roles, review steps and flow. Group chats keep the conversation next to the work, and anything you said in a group can be filed into your daily report in two taps. Managers assign, review and see performance without a single status meeting.
With an AI chief of staff behind it
ATM works hand in hand with Ohevai Brain. Brain reads ATM to brief leaders every morning on overdue work and missing reports, and after a meeting it proposes each agreed action as an ATM task for the right person, waiting for a manager’s approval. The meeting ends; the work begins.
Built by TSES, used by TSES
ATM is the workspace TSES runs on every day, designed, engineered and operated by TSES engineers, mobile-first for teams that are rarely at a desk. It is built for organisations that would rather measure results than activity.
The commercial version is launching soon. If you want it working inside your organisation first, register your interest or message the team on WhatsApp, and we will bring you in early.
