Our system is old but critical. Can you modernise it without downtime?
That is exactly what this service exists for. We assess the legacy system, plan a phased migration, and run old and new in parallel where required, so operations continue while the replacement is proven.
Do you rebuild from scratch or improve what exists?
We recommend whichever is genuinely cheaper and safer over the system's life. Sometimes targeted refactoring and a new interface extend a system for years; sometimes a clean rebuild on modern foundations costs less than continued patching. The assessment tells us which.
Can you take over a system built by another vendor?
Yes — including systems with little or no documentation. We start with a technical audit, establish source control and environments, then stabilise before we modernise.
How long does a typical modernisation take?
It depends on the system's size and how much must keep running during the transition. After the initial assessment we give you a phased plan with milestones rather than a single distant deadline.
